The Past year has been a very busy one for the Board of Directors. We began a strategic plan session which turned into several meetings and pointed out where we could improve. One of the ideas that was identified was that we should have three working committees, Events planning, who hosted this years conference, a Communications committee who will be looking at our social media strategy and the web site and the Executive committee who deal with issues such as by laws and administrative issues that might arise between meetings. This process seems to be working very well.
